The Exodus 90 Challenge begins in five days. It will offer us the perfect way to begin this New Year, 2026 years since the birth of our savior, Jesus Christ. Rather than making a resolution that is often hard to keep, we are setting out on a great spiritual adventure with our brothers, seeking a greater experience of the Lord’s grace and the freedom that flows from it.

We seek nothing less than embracing the full stature of manhood that God intends for us in Jesus Christ, becoming men whose lives are joined to his mission of saving others from the bonds of sin and death.

What is Exodus 90?

Exodus 90 beckons you on a 90-day pilgrimage through the Book of Exodus, unravelling the parallels between our lives and the ancient Israelites’ journey and guiding us toward freedom from our contemporary ‘modern Pharaohs.’ Rooted in the wisdom of the early Church’s desert fathers, this spiritual exercise revolves around three pillars: prayer, asceticism, and fraternity.

The Commitment:
With your fraternity, you will embark on a transformative commitment:

Daily Silent Prayer: Dedicate one Holy Hour to silent prayer, Scripture reading, and reflections using the Exodus app.
Fasting and Abstinence: Wednesdays and Fridays mark days of fasting and abstaining from meat.
Cold Showers: Challenge yourself with invigorating cold showers.
Media Detox: Bid farewell to TV, movies, and televised sports for 90 days.
Weekly Fraternity Meetings: Connect with your fraternity of men to share experiences, challenges, and victories.
Daily Accountability: Check in with your Anchor, a chosen brother, on a daily basis.
